Send a warm intro. Either copy your unique referral link from your account, forward us their info, or reply to your monthly invoice with their name and email.
We take a call with them
When your referral takes a discovery call with us, you get 10% off the month the call happens. The credit lands on your next invoice automatically.
They become a customer
If your referral signs on and pays at least one full month, you get 50% off the month they convert. That credit also lands automatically. No claim form, no follow-up needed.

Both events trigger a credit on your next Helix invoice. You don't claim anything; we apply it automatically.

Applied to your invoice for the month they first pay us. On the $999 plan that's about $500 that month. Higher tiers scale the same way.

Applied to whatever tier they sign up at. Easy for you to send, easy for them to say yes.
We're a service business. Our growth comes from people who've worked with us telling other people about us. The referral program is the cleanest way we know to thank you for that and make it easy for the businesses you introduce to give us a shot.
We don't pay cash spiffs and we don't do affiliate marketplaces. The credits land on your next invoice, the business you refer gets a small head start, and that's it.
Referral FAQ
Common questions.
Can the 10% and 50% stack in the same month?
No, by design. The call happens in one month (10% off that month). The conversion happens in a later month, after they've paid us at least once (50% off that month). The two rewards land on two different invoices.
Is there a cap on how many referrals I can make?
No cap on referrals. There is a per-invoice cap of 100% off (your bill can't go below zero). If you generate enough credit in a single month that it would exceed your bill, the remainder rolls into the next month.
Does my referral get anything?
Yes. The business you refer gets 10% off their first month with us. That makes it easy for you to send the intro and easy for them to say yes.
Who counts as a referral?
Any business you introduce who hasn't already been in conversation with us. We track this on our side; if there's a conflict (we were already talking to them before your intro), we'll tell you and reconnect you both.
Do I have to be a current customer to refer?
Yes. The credits offset your monthly Helix bill, so the referral program is for active customers. If you're not a customer yet but want to introduce us to a business you know, we welcome the intro and we'll thank you another way.
How long do the referral credits stay valid?
Each credit applies to the specific month it was earned. Unused balance from over-generating credits in a single month rolls forward indefinitely as long as you're an active customer.
