How onboarding works
You bring access. We do discovery together.
Onboarding is structured discovery, not a configuration questionnaire. You don't need to walk in with a brand voice doc or an ICP doc. You show up with access; we run guided sessions that produce sharper artifacts than you'd write solo.
What you provide
- •GA4 and GSC property access (shared with SEO).
- •Postmark account read access (campaign and outreach send stats).
- •X, LinkedIn, Reddit analytics access via Argonath OAuth.
- •CRM read access (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) for revenue and pipeline attribution.
- •Stripe or billing-platform read access for ARR/MRR/churn if reporting on revenue.

- •Attribution model (first-touch, last-touch, multi-touch) calibrated to how you actually credit deals.
- •Conversion-event definitions (which events count, which to exclude).
- •Reporting cadence preferences (what matters most for Friday, what matters for monthly).
How it works
The loop, every week.
Pull
The analytics agent runs every week. Pulls GA4 (page views, conversions, channel mix), Search Console (impressions, clicks, position), Postmark Stats (deliveries, opens, clicks, bounces), Composio per-platform stats (X, LinkedIn, Reddit engagement), Helix-internal rollups, and CRM revenue data.
Synthesize
The pipeline agent runs the cross-channel view. Which sources drove the most pipeline. Which content converted. Which signals are decaying. Which channel-content combinations are working. Anomaly detection flags unusual patterns before they become problems.
Report
Output renders to /portal/today (this-week summary) and /portal/dashboard (trend and history). A weekly_report doc gets generated as the agenda for the Friday strategy call.
Decide
Friday call is structured around the weekly_report. We end with three commitments for next week: one for content, one for outreach, one for whatever's anomalous. The same loop runs every Friday for the duration of the engagement.

Is this just a weekly email report?+
No. The weekly synthesis lives in your portal at /portal/today, the trend history at /portal/dashboard, and the Friday strategy call uses the synthesis doc as the structured agenda. We don't just email a PDF and hope you read it.
What about attribution?+
First-touch, last-touch, or multi-touch (linear or U-shaped). We surface the tradeoffs at onboarding based on your sales-cycle shape and you pick. Most B2B SaaS clients pick multi-touch U-shaped; most local-services and B2C clients pick last-touch; some subscription-consumer clients pick first-touch to credit top-of-funnel content.
Will this connect to my CRM?+
Yes. Composio toolkits for HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive let us read deal-stage progression, closed-won revenue, and sales-cycle length, then tie those back to the marketing surfaces that generated the pipeline. Revenue attribution lands in the weekly_report.
What if my analytics setup is broken right now?+
We fix it at onboarding. The audit identifies missing GA4 events, broken conversion tracking, mis-fired Postmark webhooks, and CRM sync gaps. Setup week is the fix window.
Do you do quarterly business reviews?+
Yes. Quarterly we run a longer deep-dive that consolidates the monthly trends and recalibrates the engagement plan. This is also when we re-run the audit (see the audit rubric) and show the grade lift since onboarding.
