Service 5 of 8

Show up helpfully where your buyers talk.

We monitor Reddit, X, LinkedIn, Hacker News, Product Hunt, and the forums your buyers actually read. Every reply drafted in your voice, approved by you, posted on your behalf wherever the platform has an API.

Why this matters

Most buyers research in communities long before they buy. B2B buyers ask Reddit and LinkedIn about vendor shortlists; consumer buyers ask Facebook groups, Instagram comments, and niche forums about products. The brands that show up helpfully in those threads, repeatedly and over months, become the ones the community trusts. Helix Social and Community puts you in those conversations on cadence.

What we deliver

Concrete artifacts, not slide decks.

  • Monitoring across Reddit (Apify), X, LinkedIn, Hacker News, Product Hunt, Trustpilot, G2, and industry forums.
  • Drafted helpful replies in your voice, every one gated by approval.
  • Brand monitoring across the web for proactive engagement.
  • Posted on your behalf wherever the platform has an API (Reddit, X, LinkedIn posts and comments today; Slack, Discord, Teams when needed).

How onboarding works

You bring access. We do discovery together.

Onboarding is structured discovery, not a configuration questionnaire. You don't need to walk in with a brand voice doc or an ICP doc. You show up with access; we run guided sessions that produce sharper artifacts than you'd write solo.

What you provide

  • OAuth on your accounts via Argonath: Reddit, X, LinkedIn (with w_member_social or w_organization_social scope).
  • Slack, Discord, or Teams workspace plus bot install if those are your channels.

What we co-create at onboarding

  • Subreddits, X follow lists, LinkedIn topic terms, and forum URLs to monitor (we research, you validate).
  • Brand monitoring keywords (brand, product, executive names, common misspellings).
  • Community-specific voice variants (Reddit voice differs from LinkedIn voice; both captured).
  • Off-limits topics and competitor-mention rules.

How it works

The loop, every week.

Step 1

Monitor

We scrape the configured sources on schedule. The signal-monitor skill scores each thread for ICP fit, buying intent, and engagement potential. Only high-relevance threads trigger a draft.

Step 2

Draft

The community agent generates a contextual reply in your voice. Adversarial critic checks for generic framing, AI-slop markers, and your off-limits-topic list before the draft reaches your queue.

Step 3

Approve

Drafts land in your approval queue with the original thread, the proposed reply, and the relevance score. You read, edit, approve, or reject.

Step 4

Post

On approval, the post-tool fires automatically: Reddit, X, and LinkedIn (posts and comments) via Composio. For platforms without a public posting API (Quora, Hacker News, niche forums), the queue is the surface and your operator click-publishes.

Common questions

Frequently asked.

Does this risk sounding promotional in communities like Reddit?+

No, because every reply gets gated by an adversarial critic and your approval. The system is configured to draft replies that are 90% genuinely helpful and 10% subtly brand-relevant, in the patterns the community actually accepts. Your voice variant for each platform is co-created at onboarding to match what works there.

Can I reply manually for sensitive threads?+

Yes. Every draft lands in your queue first. You can approve, edit, reject, or write your own reply from scratch. The system never publishes without explicit human approval.

What about LinkedIn DMs?+

LinkedIn restricts programmatic messaging to Sales Navigator paid-tier API only, which Composio doesn't expose. DMs stay manual: we draft, you click-publish. LinkedIn posts and comments are fully wired via standard OAuth scopes.

How do you keep the voice consistent across platforms?+

Brand voice spec is co-created at onboarding and includes per-platform variants. Reddit voice (more casual, lowercase, conversational) differs from LinkedIn voice (more formal, paragraph-structured) differs from X voice (terse, punchy). All captured, all enforced by the voice-match gate.

What if my buyers aren't on Reddit or X?+

We map your ICP to their actual communities at onboarding. Industry-specific forums, Discord servers, Slack communities, niche LinkedIn groups, even old-school phpBB boards if that's where your buyers live. We work where the buyers are, not where it's easy.
